Have you ever thought you'd like to own a Supersports bike but couldn't afford to buy a new one?
Have you ever taken part in a prize draw and wondered just how many other entries there were?
So have we...
That's why we decided to set up MotorcyclePrizes.com.
The idea behind the site is very simple:
- each prize competition entry costs £10 (except for Special Competitions)
- each prize competition has a strictly limited number of entries - fewer than 2000 for Supersports and fewer than 1500 for middleweight Sportsbikes (Italian exotica will need more entries)
- each special competition has an even lower number of entries - usually just 200!
- you know the odds (which are better than many other prize draws: 14 million to 1 for the National Lottery, anyone?)
- if you win, you get a brand new sportsbike
- if you win, you may also get some cash towards insurance, clothing, etc.
It's as simple as that!
Well, almost: you also have to use your skill and knowledge to answer a question about the bike being given away as the prize. In order to comply with section 14 of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976, we have to ensure that only correct entries qualify to be entered for the prize winner selection.
Details of how the competitions take place and how winners are selected are contained within the FAQ section of this web site.
Every so often, we'll award a bonus prize from the Apple iPod Range to a competition entrant waiting for the main competition results.
